Unfortunately, he got about halfway up when the wind snagged him and he went flying off the windshield, sans parachute.
Kelly, I think you may be slightly crazy. Oh wait, that's your title, isn't it? LOL.
I would not have released the mouse behind my cupboards to nest in the walls and possibly produce 10,000 more mice. I think I'd have put him in a little aquarium and kept him warm and fed until spring, then I'd have released him outdoors. Of course, I have all these aquariums lying around from the great mouse rescue of 2007, when we ended up with fifteen uninvited guests. You'll have to read Circling the Waggins to see how that turned out.Ariel Wulffhttp://thewoof.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-51026383591953892952011-02-23T19:20:37.530-08:002011-02-23T19:20:37.530-08:00Sounds like she wasn't a big fan of surveillan...Sounds like she wasn't a big fan of surveillance cameras!Crazy Critter Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11001118401302694535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-54115535414091916772011-02-23T18:42:22.493-08:002011-02-23T18:42:22.493-08:00When I leave out the welcome mat, I start getting ...When I leave out the welcome mat, I start getting nervous about who may see it. You may want to make them sign an agreement of understanding that these are temporary quarters. Maybe charge them rent of a few grains on baking day to make your point.

We had a car break down in Arizona near Flagstaff, on Devil Dog Road, in a national forest, so we had to leave it and make arrangements to get it towed. Well, it sat long enough for a rat to chew it's way through the vent and take up residence in the seats, and then have babies. Luckily the only damage was to the vent where she chewed through, the seats, and she chewed through my the wires for my camera system.House Henhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12109463820447739355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-49369189906187295502011-02-23T13:05:54.084-08:002011-02-23T13:05:54.084-08:00Never trust a rodent with your car keys, I always ...Never trust a rodent with your car keys, I always say!Crazy Critter Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11001118401302694535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-76912125085567616002011-02-23T13:01:35.496-08:002011-02-23T13:01:35.496-08:00While she was in the bank, the mice stole her car....While she was in the bank, the mice stole her car.Bob Tartehttp://www.BobTarte.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-47427531110574969482011-02-23T12:33:44.862-08:002011-02-23T12:33:44.862-08:00I wonder if the mice disembarked when Linda reache...I wonder if the mice disembarked when Linda reached their destination?Crazy Critter Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11001118401302694535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799181509073414622.post-8618750539545737092011-02-23T09:28:27.357-08:002011-02-23T09:28:27.357-08:00Sieves are fun, live traps are way easier to use. ...Sieves are fun, live traps are way easier to use. Here's an important tip. Always release the mouse well away from your car. Let me repeat that - well away from you car. Linda didn't follow that rule. And one day when she was driving to the bank, a mouse appeared in the windshield wiper well, staring at her through the glass. Then a second mouse appeared. I guess they were enjoying the drive and wanted to let her know.Bob Tartehttp://www.BobTarte.comnoreply@blogger.com
